Basketball Game Preview: Roselle Rams vs. Roselle Park Panthers

Roselle is 9-0 against Roselle Park since January of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Roselle Rams will square off against the Roselle Park Panthers at 3:00 p.m. Roselle is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.7 points per game this season.

On Tuesday, Roselle strolled past Brearley with points to spare, taking the game 58-39.

Kenny Dicette went supernova for Roselle, putting up 26 points and eight boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Brandon Puryear, who posted five points and five assists.

Meanwhile, Roselle Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 48-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of Dayton. The contest marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Roselle Park's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Roselle, their win bumped their record up to 7-5.

Roselle didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Roselle Park when the teams last played two weeks ago, but they still walked away with a 55-50 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Roselle since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
