Basketball Recap: CSI International Studies Starts Season with Victory on the Road

CSI International Studies had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They managed a 41-37 victory over the Lafayette Patriots on Friday. That's more bragging rights for CSI International Studies, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Lafayette's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 0-2.

CSI International Studies will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Petrides at 4:30 p.m. on December 17th. Petrides will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something CSI International Studies surely won't give up without a fight. As for Lafayette, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 71-21 victory against Sunset Park on the 10th.
