Baseball Recap: GV Christian Takes a Loss

GV Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Lincoln County Lynx, falling 20-5. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lynx this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 20-1 on Monday.

GV Christian saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tony Gallo, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one RBI.

GV Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Lincoln County, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. GV Christian will square off against Pahranagat Valley at 4:00 p.m. on March 25th. As for Lincoln County, they will take on White Pine at 11:00 a.m. on Friday.
