Basketball Recap: Sebastian River Piles Up the Points Against Okeechobee

There's no place like home for Sebastian River, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They blew past the Okeechobee Brahmans 67-30 on Wednesday. The Sharks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 30 points or more this season.

Sebastian River got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Samiya Adams out in front who went 5 for 9 en route to 12 points and seven steals. Sebastian River is 9-1 when Adams posts three or more steals, but 2-3 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Destiny Pickard, who posted nine points and four steals.

As for Okeechobee, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.
