Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Bethel Academy blew Overland Christian out of the water with a 68-24 final score. Bethel Academy has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 24 points or more this season.

Bethel Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Garrett Godwin led the charge by going 5 for 7 on his way to 13 points. Daniel Savenok was another key player, going 5 for 6 on his way to 10 points and seven rebounds.

Clinton Christian Academy found their leader in sophomore Raymond Hood, who dropped a double-double on 29 points and 17 boards. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Hood has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Parker Lowe, who posted five points and three steals.

Bethel Academy is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season. As for Clinton Christian Academy, their win bumped their record up to 8-3.

Bethel Academy didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Clinton Christian Academy when the teams last played back in December of 2024, but they still walked away with a 47-42 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bethel Academy since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
