Volleyball Game Preview: Red River Rattlers vs. Nolan Catholic Vikings

The Red River Rattlers will venture away from home to take on the Nolan Catholic Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Red River will come into the match with an undefeated record on the line.

Red River barely beat Decatur the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Rattlers put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 3-0 victory on Friday.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-12, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Nolan Catholic entered their tilt with Great Hearts Irving on Thursday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 3-1.

Nolan Catholic was actually outscored in aggregate across those four sets (90-87), but they still managed to win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-22, 12-25, 25-21.

Nolan Catholic's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Red River, their victory was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-0.
