John Balcerzak Game Report: vs Christ the King

For the first time in his career, John Balcerzak scored a receiving touchdown on Friday. He picked up 63 receiving yards and a pair of TDs, but sadly SouthLake Christian Academy still had to take a 27-15 loss at the hands of Christ the King. We rated that as his best performance since October 25th, 2024, when he rushed for 35 yards and two scores.

Looking ahead, Balcerzak and SouthLake Christian Academy will hit the road for the first time this season to take on Charlotte Latin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 229 places lower in North Carolina), but they're not letting that get them down.
