Firebaugh has gone 9-1 against Dos Palos recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Firebaugh Eagles will look to defend their home court against the Dos Palos Broncos at 6:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Firebaugh is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They enjoyed a cozy 69-50 win over Avenal on Tuesday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Meanwhile, Dos Palos posted their biggest win since December 17, 2024 on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Tranquillity 62-33. The Broncos pushed the score to 49-28 by the end of the third, a deficit the Tigers had little chance of recovering from.

Firebaugh better keep an eye on Jacquez Jones. He was instrumental in Dos Palos' win, putting up 28 points. The contest was Jones' third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Santiago Olivo, who posted ten points.

Dos Palos' victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-15. As for Firebaugh, their win bumped their record up to 9-16.
