Soccer Recap: Springstead Extends Winning Streak to Three

Springstead had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They beat the Wesley Chapel Wildcats by a goal, winning 2-1. This was payback for the Eagles, who suffered a 3-2 loss the last time these two teams met.

Christian Gies was the driving force of Springstead's attack as he scored both of Springstead's goals, bringing his season total up to 12 goals.
