Recap: Comer Tigers vs. Central of Coosa County Cougars
The Comer Tigers won the last time they faced the Central of Coosa County Cougars, and things went their way on Monday too. Comer walked away with a 37-30 win over Central of Coosa County.
Central of Coosa County's loss came despite strong showings from Queen Ballard and Ka'Zyriah Johnson. Ballard scored 15 points along with seven rebounds, while Johnson scored eight points along with five rebounds and three steals. Johnson is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played.
Comer's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Central of Coosa County, they now have a losing record at 3-4.
