Soccer Game Preview: St. Michaels vs. Easton + Official Tickets

The St. Michaels Saints are taking a road trip to take on the Easton Warriors at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

St. Michaels is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to eight goals on Wednesday, they were much more limited against Kent County on Friday. They fell just short of the Trojans by a score of 2-1. The loss continues a trend for St. Michaels in their meetings with Kent County: they've now lost four in a row.

The home team had won the previous five meetings between Easton and Kent Island, and Easton kept the tradition alive. The Warriors won by a goal and slipped past the Buccaneers 3-2. Three seems to be a good number for Easton as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of goals in their previous game.

The victory got Easton back to even at 5-5. As for St. Michaels, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 5-3-1.

St. Michaels skirted past Easton 3-2 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Saints since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
