Basketball Game Preview: Clarkston Bantams vs. Gonzaga Prep Bullpups

The Clarkston Bantams will take on the Gonzaga Prep Bullpups in a holiday battle at at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both are strolling into their games after big wins in their previous games.

Gonzaga Prep is hoping to do what Lewiston couldn't on Friday: put an end to Clarkston's winning streak, which now stands at four games. Clarkston simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Lewiston 58-18. The Bantams have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three contests by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Gonzaga Prep). They blew past Mt. Spokane 68-40 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Bullpups have posted since February 8th.

Gonzaga Prep's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Clarkston, their win bumped their record up to 5-1.
