Soccer Recap: Brunswick Victorious

After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, Brunswick brought some dynamite into their most recent match. Their defense stepped up to hand the North Stafford Wolverines an 80-0 shutout on Wednesday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Bulldogs as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Brunswick's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3.

Brunswick wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 121-2 loss against Stafford on the 27th. North Stafford will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Colonial Forge at 7:00 p.m. on March 20th. The game will give North Stafford their first taste of in-conferenceaction this season.
