Soccer Recap: Exeter Comes Up Short

After flying high against Central Valley Christian last Friday, Exeter came back down to earth. The Exeter Monarchs came up short against the Kerman Lions on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The game was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly the Monarchs struggled afterwards.

Exeter's loss dropped their record down to 6-8-1. As for Kerman, their win bumped their record up to 8-10-3.

Exeter wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 1-0 victory against Selma on the 30th. As for Kerman, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Reedley on the 30th.
