With a playoff win on the line, Jackson rose to the challenge on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Dale County Warriors as they made off with a 9-2 victory. The result was nothing new for the Aggies, who have now won 23 matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Zoey Rooks made a splash no matter where she played. She pitched seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 11 consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two RBI and one run.
