On Tuesday, Academy with Community Partners got the win against Harvest Prep Academy by a conclusive 63-37. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Academy with Community Partners.
Despite the loss, Harvest Prep Academy still got an impressive performance from Leo Cordova, who scored 21 points along with seven rebounds. That was a full 56.8% of Harvest Prep Academy's points, marking the sixth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
The win got Academy with Community Partners back to even at 3-3. As for Harvest Prep Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.
Academy with Community Partners won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against BASIS - Mesa at 7:30 p.m. on January 17th. BASIS - Mesa will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak. As for Harvest Prep Academy, they will head out on the road to take on Skyview at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
