Warrensburg-Latham kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least nine hits in nine consecutive matchups.
Warrensburg-Latham pushed their record up to 17-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for MacArthur, their loss dropped their record down to 3-9.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Saturday as neither team is afraid to steal. MacArthur has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 2.7 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Warrensburg-Latham struggles in that department as they've been averaging 3.3 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
