Meanwhile, Hill City faced St. Thomas More in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. Hill City pulled ahead with a 50-49 photo finish over St. Thomas More. The victory was nothing new for the Rangers as they're now sitting on ten straight.

Cheyenne-Eagle Butte's win bumped their record up to 16-5. As for Hill City, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-4.
