Volleyball Recap: Cumberland Takes Down Ranked Cranston West

Cumberland faced Cranston West in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Clippers walked away with a 3-1 win over the Falcons. The victory was nothing new for the Clippers as they're now sitting on four straight.

The final score came out to 25-22, 21-25, 25-17, 25-20.

Darryl Ashilaka paced Cumberland's offense, picking up ten kills. Ashilaka got some help from Lyla Parmentier and her 25 assists. Bowie Legend controlled things from the service line, finishing with nine aces.

Cumberland's win bumped their record up to 13-5. As for Cranston West, their loss dropped their record down to 1-10.

As of now, neither Cumberland nor the Falcons have any future games scheduled.
