Softball Preview: Johnson Warriors vs. Foothill Mustangs

The team relied heavily on Naomi Quiroz, who went 3-for-4 with a home run, three runs, and four RBI. Valicianna Collins-Hogan was another key contributor, going 2-for-3 with a home run, three RBI, and two runs.

Meanwhile, Foothill won against Valley on Tuesday with 20 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. Foothill was the clear victor by a 20-1 margin over Florin. That looming 20-1 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Foothill yet this season.

Mercede Averett was incredible, going 5-for-4 with a home run, four runs, and two stolen bases. She continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.
