Volleyball Recap: Galeton Takes a Loss

Galeton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Cameron County Raiders, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on September 4th.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-12, 25-21.

Galeton's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Cameron County, their win bumped their record up to 6-7.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Galeton will square off against rival Oswayo Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Cameron County is set to face off against their familiar foe Smethport at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
