Volleyball Recap: Waukesha South Blackshirts vs. New Berlin Eisenhower Lions
Waukesha South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the New Berlin Eisenhower Lions. The Blackshirts were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lions apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2022.
The final score came out to 25-14, 25-12.
Waukesha South's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for New Berlin Eisenhower, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 17-4.
Waukesha South is on the road again on Saturday to play Nicolet at 12:00 p.m. Waukesha South is facing Nicolet at the right time seeing as Nicolet is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for New Berlin Eisenhower, they will head out to face off against Whitefish Bay at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
