Baseball Recap: Milan Takes a Loss

After flying high against Tri-County on Tuesday, Milan came back down to earth. The Wildcats lost 16-3 to the Schuyler County Rams on Thursday. The Wildcats have struggled against the Rams recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Milan's defeat dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Schuyler County, they pushed their record up to 12-10 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Coming up, Milan will challenge Green City at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Gophers will roll in looking for their 15th straight win, something the Wildcats surely won't give up without a fight. As for Schuyler County, they will square off against Northeast at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
