You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Brunswick's strategy against Effingham County on Tuesday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Pirates blew the Rebels out of the water with a 63-31 final score. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Pirates had established a 30-point advantage.

AJ Levros was nothing short of spectacular: he dropped a double-double with 20 points and 19 boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Gavin Creel, who went 5-for-9 on his way to 13 points and five rebounds.

Brunswick smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 13 offensive boards in 11 consecutive matchups dating back to last season.

The victory got Brunswick back to even at 1-1.
