Volleyball Recap: Corona Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Corona was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Roosevelt Mustangs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-13, 25-18.

Hannah Coffee paced Corona's offense, picking up seven kills. Coffee got some help from Paige Geiger and her 15 assists.

Corona's defeat dropped their record down to 19-6. As for Roosevelt, they pushed their record up to 15-4 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home.

Corona has already played their next match, a 3-2 loss against Norco on the 24th. As for Roosevelt, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against King on the 24th.
