Volleyball Game Preview: King Panthers vs. Channelview Falcons

The King Panthers will head out to face off against the Channelview Falcons at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. King will be strutting in after a victory while Channelview will be coming in after a defeat.

King will bounce into Tuesday's match after beating North Shore, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Panthers blew past the Mustangs 3-0 on Friday.

King got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-13, 30-28.

Meanwhile, Channelview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to Atascocita.

The final score came out to 25-7, 25-2, 25-7.

Channelview's defeat dropped their record down to 9-14. As for King, their win bumped their record up to 10-16.

Everything went King's way against Channelview in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as King made off with a 3-0 victory. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Falcons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
