Football Game Preview: Gresham Gophers vs. Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts Mustangs

The Gresham Gophers will challenge the Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (Gresham 13.7, Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts 12.2) so any points scored will be well earned.

Gresham's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 20-0 margin over Parkrose. The Gophers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts is still undefeated this season after their contest against Hood River Valley on Friday, but Hood River Valley came as close as anyone has to beating them. The Mustangs skirted past the Eagles 28-25.

The win got Gresham back to even at 3-3. As for Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts, their victory bumped their record up to 5-0.
