Football Recap: Dynamic Duo of Rachael Abbass and Tessa Grimm Lead Jupiter to Victory

Jupiter owes their defense a big pat on the back after their performance on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Palm Beach Lakes Rams with a sharp 25-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Rams: they've now won three in a row.

A big part of Jupiter's victory came down to the chemistry between Rachael Abbass and her top target Tessa Grimm. Abbass threw for 118 yards and three touchdowns while Grimm picked up 80 receiving yards and three touchdowns. The dominant performance gave Grimm a new career-high in receiving yards.

Jupiter didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Jaden Bruke, Alex Fazzino, and Kaydince Hallas picked up one apiece.

The win got Jupiter back to even at 1-1.

Jupiter has already played their next match, a 25-0 victory against Leonard on the 20th. As for Palm Beach Lakes, they will face off against South Fork at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
