Volleyball Recap: Union Mine Comes Up Short

Union Mine was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bradshaw Christian Pride. The Diamondbacks were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Pride earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 21-25, 25-19, 25-13.

Union Mine's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Bradshaw Christian, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Union Mine will take on rival El Dorado at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Bradshaw Christian is set to square off against their familiar foe Rosemont at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
