Football Game Preview: Atlanta Rabbits vs. Tatum Eagles + How To Watch

The Atlanta Rabbits will venture away from home to face off against the Tatum Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Atlanta is coming into the contest hot, having won their last seven games.

Atlanta will bounce into Friday's matchup after beating Liberty-Eylau, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Rabbits took down the Leopards 33-19 on Friday. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Rabbits' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 229th, while the Leopards are ranked 464th).

Jayden Riley continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 62 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Meanwhile, Tatum played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against Gladewater, falling 33-6. The contest marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Tatum and nudges their season record down to 2-5. As for Atlanta, their win bumped their record up to 7-1.

Everything came up roses for Atlanta against Tatum in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 42-7 victory. In that game, the Rabbits amassed a halftime lead of 35-7, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
