Softball Recap: Moshannon Valley Comes Up Short

Moshannon Valley fell victim to Curwensville and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Golden Tide. The Black Knights/Damsels haven't had much luck with the Golden Tide recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Moshannon Valley saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kylee O'Donnell, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base.

Moshannon Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Curwensville, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Moshannon Valley has already played their next game, a 17-8 loss against Cambria Heights on the 28th. As for Curwensville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 12-0 victory against Clarion-Limestone on the 27th.
