Softball Recap: Paden City Takes a Loss

Paden City lost against Union Local back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Wildcats lost 18-3 to the Jets. The defeat leaves the Wildcats still looking for their first win of the season.

Paden City's loss dropped their record down to 0-12-1. As for Union Local, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-5.

Coming up, Paden City will be playing at home against Wirt County at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Union Local, they will venture away from home to face off against Monroe Central at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Jets are facing the Seminoles at the right time seeing as the Seminoles are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
