Football Game Preview: Chilton Pirates vs. Clarksville Tigers

The Chilton Pirates will take on the Clarksville Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Chilton will be strutting in after a victory while Clarksville will be coming in after a defeat.

Chilton is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Meridian 75-0. Considering the Pirates have won eight matchups by more than 19 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Clarksville's good fortune finally ran out two weeks ago. They fell just short of Detroit by a score of 24-22.

The win made it two in a row for Chilton and bumps their season record up to 9-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 0 points in those games. As for Clarksville, their loss dropped their record down to 7-3.
