Jemison is 9-1 against Montevallo since March of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Panthers will look to defend their home field against the Bulldogs at 5:00 p.m.

Jemison is headed into the contest having just suffered their closest defeat since April 15, 2024 on Saturday. They fell just short of Autauga Academy by a score of 5-3. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Montevallo). They put the hurt on Selma with a sharp 19-4 win on Thursday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Bulldogs considering their one-run performance the game before.

Jemison's loss dropped their record down to 3-6-1. As for Montevallo, their victory bumped their record up to 7-5.

Jemison took their win against Montevallo in their previous meeting back in April of 2021 by a conclusive 11-1 score. Do the Panthers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bulldogs turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
