 Boulder pushed their score all the way to ten on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell just short of the Centennial Eagles by a score of  11-10.
  John Foley and  Maks Matheson stepped up to the plate in a big way.  Foley  went 2-for-3 with five  RBI, a  stolen base,  and a  run, while  Matheson  scored two  runs while going 4-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of  Beck Chesterton, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-4.
 Boulder's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Centennial, the  victory was  the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.
 Boulder will square off against Redmond at 12:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. The last four games Boulder has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Centennial, they are on the road again  on Wednesday to play Arapahoe at 9:00  a.m.
