Basketball Recap: South Lafourche Takes a Loss

South Lafourche was the 52-35 winner over East St. John when they last played one another back in November of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The South Lafourche Tarpons came up short against the East St. John Wildcats on Wednesday, falling 56-32. The Tarpons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

South Lafourche's defeat dropped their record down to 14-14. As for East St. John, their win bumped their record up to 17-10.

South Lafourche wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 58-3 victory against Morgan City on the 14th. As for East St. John, they have also already played their next matchup, a 54-45 win against Hahnville on the 14th.
