Volleyball Recap: Arizona College Prep Takes Loss Despite Strong Performances from Jaycee Pilon and ARIN CHAVEZ

Arizona College Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the ALA - Gilbert North Eagles. The Knights were not able to make up for their defeat to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in October of 2023.

Arizona College Prep's loss came despite strong showings from ARIN CHAVEZ and Jaycee Pilon. CHAVEZ had four digs and two aces, while Pilon had four digs and three assists.

Arizona College Prep's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for ALA - Gilbert North, they moved to 2-4 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Arizona College Prep didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Queen Creek on the 30th. Hopefully ALA - Gilbert North paid attention to the Knights' game: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Knights at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
