Baseball Recap: Bartlett Falls Short Against Ranked South Anchorage

Bartlett faced South Anchorage in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Golden Bears lost 10-0 to the Wolverines. The defeat continues a trend for the Golden Bears in their meetings with the Wolverines: they've now lost seven in a row.

Bartlett's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for South Anchorage, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-2.

As for South Anchorage, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Bettye Davis East Anchorage at 5:15 p.m. The Wolverines are facing the Thunderbirds at the right time seeing as the Thunderbirds are stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
