Volleyball Recap: Rickards Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Rickards was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Lincoln Trojans. The Raiders were not able to make up for their defeat to the Trojans from their previous meeting back in October of 2023.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-19, 25-14.

Lincoln was led to victory by Londyn Dickey and Emma Cornelius. Dickey had five aces and four digs, while Cornelius had eight digs and three assists. Those five aces gave Dickey a new career-high.

Rickards' loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Lincoln, the win got them back to even at 5-5.

Coming up, Rickards will be playing in front of their home fans against Jefferson County at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Lincoln, they will head out to face off against Wakulla at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
