Undefeated squads from central Texas will do battle with postseason positioning at stake.

Friday, 7:30 p.m. Central timeWhy it's big: It's a battle of central Texas' preeminent football powers that have combined for six state titles and 11 championship game appearances since 1990.
Up for grabs is an inside track to the District 14-6A championship. Friday night's winner will improve to 6-0 in district play and 8-0 overall heading into the final two weeks of the regular season.
Names to watch: Expect plenty of highlights through the air. The game matches two of Texas' top Class of 2017 quarterbacks. Westlake's
Sam Ehlinger – an early Texas commit – had a career-high 371 passing yards and six touchdowns in a 55-3 rout of Hays last week to bring his season totals to 1,813 yards with 24 touchdowns and zero interceptions.
Lake Travis'
Charlie Brewer has completed over 73 percent of his passes for 1,334 yards, 21 touchdowns and only two interceptions.
Westlake will look to keep its record unblemished.
