Kaegan Chambers was his usual excellent self, rushing for 277 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries, while also throwing for 164 yards and two touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes for Monroe. The dominant performance gave Chambers a new career-high in rushing yards. Another player making a difference was Jordan Young, who picked up 122 receiving yards and one touchdown.
Brevard's defeat dropped their record down to 11-3. As for Monroe, their victory was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-0.
Brevard does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Monroe, they will be home for the holidays to greet Northeastern at 6:30 p.m. on December 21st. Northeastern will roll in looking for their 16th straight win, something Monroe surely won't give up without a fight.
