Football Recap: Santa Fe Has No Trouble Against Keystone Heights

Santa Fe had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They enjoyed a cozy 20-6 win over the Keystone Heights Indians on Tuesday. This was payback for the Raiders, who suffered a 12-6 loss the last time these two teams met.

Brooke Zeller continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 290 yards while completing 71.4% of her passes. Those 290 passing yards gave her a new career-high.

The victory made it two in a row for Santa Fe and bumps their season record up to 10-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 26.0 points over those games. As for Keystone Heights, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-8.

Coincidentally, Santa Fe and Keystone Heights will both be playing Bradford the next time they take the field. The Raiders will head out to face the Tornadoes at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Indians will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on the 23rd.
