Soccer Recap: Brearley Has No Trouble Against Governor Livingston

Brearley barely beat Governor Livingston the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Bears put the hurt on the Highlanders with a sharp 4-1 win on Saturday. The result was nothing new for Brearley, who have now won three contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Brearley's victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Governor Livingston, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Looking ahead, Brearley will head out to face off against Plainfield at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Governor Livingston, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Union Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on the 21st.
