Trinity has gone 9-1 against Etna recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Wolves will venture away from home to challenge the Lions at 6:30 p.m. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Trinity sitting on three straight victories and Etna on four.

On Wednesday, Trinity made easy work of Modoc and carried off a 3-0 win.

Trinity was especially dominant in the third set. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-21, 25-15.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Etna faced off against Weed on Tuesday. The Lions sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Cougars.

Etna took Weed into a fifth set where they got it done with a seven-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-20, 22-25, 20-25, 15-8.

Trinity's win bumped their record up to 17-11. As for Etna, their victory bumped their record up to 19-9-2.

Trinity beat Etna 3-1 in their previous matchup on October 2nd. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wolves since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
