Baseball Recap: Trinity Comes Up Short

Fans were treated to a battle of the Tigers on Monday. Trinity came up short against Dalton, falling 9-1. Trinity was not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Dalton earlier this season, when they won 9-5.

Trinity dropped their record down to 2-5 with the loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Dalton, their victory bumped their record up to 2-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Trinity will square off against Horace Mann at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Lions will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last. As for Dalton, they will be playing at home against Riverdale Country at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
