The Grace Christian Academy Lions put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They enjoyed a cozy 52-35 win over Spring Hill. Given Grace Christian Academy's advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 64th, while Spring Hill is ranked 235th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

When it comes to explaining why Spring Hill lost, one person who can't be blamed is Jeycelyn Brashear. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 13 points and 15 rebounds. Brashear is on a roll when it comes to blocks, as she's now posted two or more in the last ten games she's played.

Spring Hill struggled to work together and finished the game with only four assists. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.

Grace Christian Academy pushed their record up to 8-0 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Spring Hill, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Grace Christian Academy will be home for the holidays to greet Antioch at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Spring Hill, they will play host again and welcome Cornersville, where tip off is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
