Volleyball Recap: Minooka Takes Loss Despite Strong Performances from Maddie Dostall and Kennedy Walker

Minooka saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Berkeley Prep Buccaneers.

Kennedy Walker and Maddie Dostall certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss. Walker had eight digs and eight assists, while Dostall had ten digs and one assist.

Minooka's defeat dropped their record down to 19-8. As for Berkeley Prep, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-8 record this season.

Minooka will be taking part in a tournament against Hamilton at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Berkeley Prep, they will welcome Plant at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
