Fort Gibson is a perfect 3-0 against Catoosa since September of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Tigers will square off against the Indians at 7:00 p.m. Catoosa took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Fort Gibson, who comes in off a win.

Fort Gibson took a loss when they played away from home last Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They blew past Skiatook 42-22. Considering the Tigers have won four games by more than 19 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

It was another big night for Cash Keys, who rushed for 181 yards and four touchdowns on only 13 carries, and also picked up 139 receiving yards and one score. Karrson Davis was another key player, rushing for 45 yards and one TD.

Fort Gibson's run defense was locked in: Skiatook could only muster 2.6 yards per carry. While two picked up at least seven total tackles, Keys stood above the rest. He rushed for 181 yards and four scores on only 13 carries, and also picked up 139 receiving yards and one touchdown. Fort Gibson didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 11.

Meanwhile, Catoosa was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 56-37 bruising from Oologah. On the bright side, the 37- point performance marked the Indians' highest-scoring matchup to date.

Fort Gibson is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 40.6 points over those games. As for Catoosa, their loss dropped their record down to 0-7.

Everything came up roses for Fort Gibson against Catoosa when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 49-19 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
