Meanwhile, Marion Local had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13.3 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 64-29 victory over the Lions. The Flyers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 21 points or more this season.

Marion Local's win was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 24-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.5 points over those games. As for Anna, their victory bumped their record up to 16-10.

Anna might still be hurting after the 61-40 loss they got from Marion Local when the teams last played back in December of 2024. Can Anna avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
