Basketball Game Preview: Reidsville Rams vs. West Stokes Wildcats

The Reidsville Rams will head out on the road to take on the West Stokes Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. West Stokes took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Reidsville, who comes in off a win.

Reidsville took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Walkertown 58-25. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Rams as it put an end to their seven-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, West Stokes had to suffer through a 65-5 loss at the hands of T.W. Andrews. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 338th, while the Red Raiders are ranked 97th).

West Stokes' loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-11. As for Reidsville, their win ended a seven-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-13.

Reidsville suffered a grim 57-36 defeat to West Stokes in their previous matchup back in January. Can Reidsville avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
